How This Service Works

MusicToMP3Converter does not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted audio content. The service processes publicly available Spotify share links through the Spotify public API to read track metadata, then sources matching audio from publicly available third-party sources. No audio files are permanently stored on our servers — files are processed in real time and deleted immediately after delivery to the user.

DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content processed through this service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. Identification of the specific material you believe is infringing and sufficient information for us to locate it
  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice. To be effective, your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

MusicToMP3Converter maintains a policy of terminating accounts or access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
